Special Hours for the Solemnity of Saint Augustine
In observance of the Solemnity of Saint Augustine on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, there will be no 4:00 p.m. Confessions at the Shrine. Our Augustinian Friars will participate in Evening Prayer followed by a celebratory dinner with their confreres out at Villanova University. Our sacramental schedule will return to normal on Thursday, August 29, 2024.
Breathe in me, O Holy Spirit,
That my thoughts may all be holy.
Act in me, O Holy Spirit,
That my work, too, may be holy.
Draw my heart, O Holy Spirit,
That I love but what is holy.
Strengthen me, O Holy Spirit,
To defend all that is holy.
Guard me, then, O Holy Spirit,
That I always may be holy.
